You can access reports by going to yourschooldistrict.schooldata.net/V2. This will bring you to all the V2 applications your district has access to.
Click on Reports and Launch. Once the application comes up, you can choose to create your own report or go to your already saved reports.
Once in the "create your own reports" you can browse reports in the selected categories.
Once you find the report you desire, you choose "Build Report" and custom configure which schools and/or students you need the reports for.
Then the user has two options, to just "generate" or to "save and generate"the report.
Generating the report will not save the configuration, but will give the user a quick view of the report they have configured.
Generating and saving will save the configuration. Choose "Save and Generate", this will activate a pop up asking for a Label and Description for the Report. click on "Save & Generate" again in this window.
A notification window will appear at the top of the screen, informing you that we are building the report and will send notification when it's ready.
When the report is complete an email will be sent to your inbox as well as an in app notification that will alert you that it is ready to download.
Simply open the PDF to access your report.
