The Evaluation application comes preloaded with demonstration data.
The pre-loaded data includes criteria and performance levels for your particular framework, as well as positions and levels, such as Teacher - No exp - DEMO, or Teacher - PGP Yr 1 - DEMO. You may wish to designate this as 'Teacher - New', or you may wish to add more than the two position levels that are pre-loaded. There are also tasks, the association of tasks to a position level and due dates for those tasks. For example, the teacher with no experience has 16 tasks, including six support team meetings that are all due by the end of the school year, whereas your district may only ask the teachers to attend three support team meetings a year, but they must be done one per trimester.
Below is a list of all of these pieces of data can be configured for your specific district.
- Names of positions and levels
- Wording of criteria, performance levels, performance level descriptions, performance indicators and the criteria required for a position level
- Task names, who can complete them in the task list, when notes and/or uploads are allowed for a task, as well as the name and number of data collection items designated for a task
- What tasks are associated to a position level, whether or not the task is required and the date the task must be completed by
